FES Ecuador promulga activamente diálogos entre gestores de políticas públicas, sindicatos y otros grupos de la sociedad civil para promover valores de empleo justo y democratización del trabajo. Adicionalmente, FES Ecuador busca promover una agenda que redefina las relaciones sociales, especialmente entre mujeres y hombres, y que garantice los derechos de los pueblos indígenas y de las minorías.
